Administrative/Clerical Duties: Performs personnel administrative duties utilizing manual and automated information systems to prepare documents, maintain records, and retrieve information in support of the IPAC programs and functions.

Utilizes various computer programs to manipulate/process data necessary to support mission requirements which could include typing of documents for the consolidation of the PAC’s into the IPAC; (reports, populating forms, operating instructions, procedural instructions, etc.).

Maintains appropriate correspondence files and directives as it pertains to the associated functional branches of the IPAC as we stand them up (phone TSRs, MAC request, roster of personnel T/O, etc.).

Provides personnel administrative support; i.e., prepares documentation for transferring of personnel (PCA) from the MSC to MCB, verifying data within MCTFS, managing T/O’s from PACs to IPAC personnel, and preparing necessary TOCRs to adjust future out-year T/Os.

Operates end user computer equipment and customer information control system equipment and generates special rosters/ad hoc reports.

Perform all duties as a Government Charge Card Holder for IPAC, responsible for the procurement and accountability of fund expenditures for goods, services and supplies for daily operations.
