DUTIES: Enters retail purchase orders into SAP system and monitors retailer order fulfillment, locating and ordering equipment when needed. Coordinates with dealers, order fulfillment, wholesale finance, TM's, PSM's, and customers to ensure purchase orders are processed, equipment is delivered and the customer is invoiced in a timely manner. Prepares price quotes upon request from governmental, rental, or landscape customers utilizing product and sales knowledge for proper specification match. Answers customer calls in call center environment and provides conflict resolution before escalating to management. Responsible for new coordinator training, dealer and field training and ongoing training for existing coordinators. Advise and implement process improvements that will allow the department to achieve their order process goals within the team environment.



Requirements: Previous administrative assistant and customer service experience required. Consistent attendance record excellent communication & customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and manage time. Ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail. SAP, RMDS, IMS, TSO experience preferred. Ability to maintain a mature attitude while dealing with strict time demands. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
