Job Description:

The Survey Research Division at RTI International has an immediate opening for a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor. The person in this position will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities and staff involved in the inventory, assembly and mailout of survey materials.

Responsibilities:

The Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for managing a packing, assembly, inventory and mailout operation that supports multiple social science projects. Responsibilities include preparing, monitoring and reviewing quality control and production reports, preparing and maintaining records related to processing status and location of survey documents, organizing work flow for assigned projects, managing facility space requirements, and preparing and monitoring budgets on a project basis.
The Fulfillment Supervisor will manage and hire a staff of temporary and permanent workers, including monitoring production and quality metrics, overseeing annual reviews, and verifying and approving timesheets. The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for estimating future demand and adjusting staffing levels accordingly.

Qualifications:

BA/BS and five years experience managing a fulfillment operation that includes staff management and budget responsibilities
OR
high school/GED and 10 years experience managing a fulfillment operation that include staff management and budget responsibilities.
Must be proficient in use of Excel, Access and Word.
